Naomi's passion stems from the overall goal of having her clients fall in love with their hair. Hair styles come and go and Naomi strives to ensure that Salon & Spa Dolche is education oriented.
Naomi has over 25 years of experience; most has been locally from salons in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Seattle. She also has attended the Vidal Sassoon Academy in New York, Suki's of Canada and trained with the group HairTech's in London. Naomi has the opportunity to provide the world-wide, high-end practices of the hair industry to the other stylists within the Salon. In addition to her worldly knowledge, she has worked with some of the most highly renowned designers in the world and has acquired proficient experience with Platform artistry. She is certified in So-Cap Extensions and European Hair Painting (Balayage). Besides extensive product knowledge with Bumble & Bumble, she recently finished color and product training in Aveda.
Megan has attended several advanced education courses and has experience with a diversified set of color lines. She was recently certified in So-Cap Extensions and European Hair Painting (Balayage). This type of exposure allows her to think "outside of the box". The experience in her chair has often been referred to as creative, fun and overall making her clients feel good about their hair.

I have a ton of passion and creativity that I thankfully get to use to inspire confidence and beauty in my clients. I enjoy doing colors, foils, Balayage, extensions, updos, and perms. My favorite part of any service is the consultation. I like creating a comfort zone of communication between my client and myself, and watching our vision come to life. I do most of my hair cuts dry; I prefer to see how the hair texture is while dry. I also do curly hair this way so I know the end result will be a controlled cut. I love learning knew techniques and urge all my clients after their 3rd or 4th appointment to try a different color or cut. I love Salon Dolche for the education they offer their stylist, and in turn, keeping our clients fashion forward. Some of the new techniques I have learned and really enjoy doing are Balayage and extensions. I like to offer the Balayage service to clients who like less grow out and are looking for a more natural look. Extensions are awesome for people who are looking to thicken their hair, or get through that rough part of growing their hair out. I love the achievement of the final look. I feel validated and appreciated when I get the glow of my client through the mirror.
Outside of work, I am married, have 2 children and pets. We enjoy walks, soccer, reading, and going to the gym.

Stefani graduated from Gene Juarez Academy of Beauty in 2001. She loves the challenge and excitement of the ever changing fashion and beauty industry. Continuing her education is very important and she has taken numerous advanced cut and color classes through Redken, including classes with Sam Villa and Chris Baron. She is a certified Redken Specialist, Pureologist, and certified in So-Cap extensions. Stefani has also attended the Redken Symposium in Las Vegas in 2007 & 2009.
Sam is an enthusiastic stylist that has been in the industry for 2 years. She recently became certified in So-Cap Extensions and European Hair Painting (Balayage). She enjoys participating in outside community events, among her past favorites are Queen for a Day and the Spokane Beauty Show. Sam is passionate about the craft of hairdressing and continuing education. Come see Sam and experience her outgoing personality, and great technical skills!
Kelsey has been in the industry for two years and has a passion for transforming her client's hair and enhancing their natural beauty. She is enthusiastic in keeping up with the latest trends through advanced education. She is certified in the Aveda, Wella & L'Oreal color lines, as well as Redken color fundamentals. Kelsey has also taken advanced classes in color placement, cutting and style/formal updos, to give you the latest trend you desire.
Aside from her passion for hair, she has a heart for youth and regularly serves them at Canyon Hills Community Church. After a long day, she enjoys taking in a movie with family and friends. You can also find her frequently planning her upcoming wedding with a favorite Starbucks beverage in hand. Kelsey would love to see you soon for your next transformation.

In the four years of Ashley's hair career she has found her way home to Salon Dolche. She wants to share an amazing experience with every guest who walks through the door. Ashley has developed a strong love for this industry. She has the skill, knowledge and confidence of creating colors that her clients want. Whether it's something extremely natural, platinum blonde or fire engine red; she loves it all!! Her goal is to have every one of her clients walking out of the salon feeling beautiful and well educated beyond satisfaction.
As a true southern gal originally from the southeast, my passion for the beauty industry began when I was a child. I would watch the women in my family practice their beauty rituals every night and stare at my mom in admiration as she applied lipstick perfectly. I fell in love with makeup early on, as I would get into trouble playing with not only hers, but my grandmothers as well. It was always a special surprise when Babere (my nickname for my grandmother) would give me her free gift bag whenever she would visit the cosmetic counter. I later went off to a fine arts college where I majored in painting and learned all about color theory. My passion for skin care started when I got my first facial. I thought, I need to do this! I also knew I would be able to combine my therapeutic massage skills, fine arts background, and love of makeup along with it. I graduated from the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute in May 2009. On the side, I'm an artist and a certified equine shiatsu massage therapist. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two four-legged feline sons.

Kimmie grew up in Lake Stevens and graduated from Lake Stevens High School. After graduation, she attended Gene Juarez Academy and graduated with honors. Kimmie has now been transforming guests for a year and a half, and is passionate about making every guest look and feel beautiful. She is currently enrolled in advanced education classes including make-up artistry to fulfill her passion.
She now lives in Seattle with a group of girls near University of Washington where she is close to cheering on her favorite football team, GO DAWGS!
Dedicated and passionate, Sasha has a way with natural cuts that are easy for clients to style for themselves, as well as edgier styles and more stimulating colors. She enjoys using color and the right cut to bring out the best in her client's features. She believes that the key to great hair design is not only creating something interesting and beautiful, but also a look that is wearable and applicable to the client. Ensuring that her guests are completely satisfied with their service is her number one priority and the satisfaction she derives from her work comes from seeing her clients feel great about their hair.

Marianne graduated from Greenwood Academy of Hair in 2005. She is a local girl, growing up on the Eastside, Bellevue area. Exploring her heritage led her to move and live in Norway for over 5 years. She found her passion for hair by working at a salon there, starting out with make-up applications, and fell in love with the aspect of doing hair! She loves working with people and making them look and feel great. Her mission is to make you fabulous, so you can go out there and do great things in this world. She loves doing both color and cuts, transforming someone's look, it's just as exciting every time. In her spare time she loves to cook, cozy up with a great flick at home, spending time with her family, watching beautiful sunsets, and long walks on the beach with her four legged daughter, Daisy Rae!
Lone is a passionate and European trained stylist from Denmark with many years of experience in the fashion industry. She has well honed technical skills, especially loves to tame and cut natural curls, short women's edgy, contemporary styles and modern men's cuts. Specialty styles include all types of hair placement, up-dos, fantasy as well as being very experienced in weddings and special occasions. Lone has an extensive background as a makeup artist and wardrobe stylist.
